Processing time Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

- Priority Shipping — $9.00
Delivery times vary by destination; Priority Shipping arrives faster than Standard. All orders are backed by our 60-Day Guarantee.
Customs, duties, and taxes For international orders, you are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by your country. These are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are collected by the carrier or customs office on delivery.
Order tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Lost or delayed packages We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, carriers, or circumstances beyond our control, but we'll help you track down a lost package — contact support@ereville.com.
Incorrect address Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address, though we'll do our best to help if you notify us before the order ships.
